“We offer an evidence-based approach to get a better grip on policy in one's own organization”
Prof. dr. Jojanneke van der Toorn
What will you do?
In three sessions, you will learn to look at the D&I (Diversity and Inclusion) policy of your organisation in a new way. Each participant will bring their own policy case to which the new approach will be directly applied. You will be introduced to the latest scientific insights on effective D&I policy and learn what does and doesn’t work according to science for your specific case. In between the sessions, you will apply this knowledge and write an action plan to actually implement your case. You will receive feedback from both scientists and fellow policy officers.
During the sessions, you will be challenged by guest lecturers who give lectures on their own research on D&I policy in organisations. Additionally, there is plenty of room to discuss your own experiences. Finally, we offer the option to request a free consultation with one of the lecturers within a year after attending the masterclass to discuss challenges in the next steps. This way, you will receive a versatile toolbox that you can continue to apply to the entire D&I policy of your organisation.
