Alle Nederlandse scholen zijn wettelijk verplicht om actief burgerschap en sociale integratie te bevorderen en docenten van alle schoolvakken hebben daarin een rol. Dat vraagt veel van jouw professionaliteit als docent en de keuzes die je maakt op het gebied van vak-inhoud, didactiek en de manier waarop je omgaat met je leerlingen. Hoe leid je leerlingen bijvoorbeeld naar zelfstandigheid terwijl je ook verwacht dat ze zich aanpassen aan de regels van jou, de klas, de school en de samenleving?

In de tweejarige opleiding Beeld- en Didactisch Coachen leer je de basisvaardigheden van didactisch coachen integreren met beeldcoaching. Je wordt opgeleid tot een erkende ‘beeld- en didactisch coach’. Vanaf de start van de opleiding ga je meteen aan de slag met beeld- en didactisch coachen in de eigen praktijk.

Dé zakelijk leider bestaat niet en dat is dan ook de reden dat we een leerprogramma hebben ontwikkeld waarbij de context, leerbehoeften en ontwikkeldoelen van de deelnemers het uitgangspunt zijn: LinC Zakelijk. LinC Z is hét programma voor zakelijk leiders binnen de culturele sector, die zich willen professionaliseren op het thema leiderschap.

This master’s program is aimed at healthcare professionals working in smaller paramedical fields who need pioneers for the academization of these fields, because there is still a great demand for scientific substantiation and innovation in healthcare practice.

This course starts with the basic applications of biostatistics in the analysis of medical research data. Topics are: types of data, location and variability measures, samples and populations, distributions, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, comparing two or more means or proportions (parametric and non-parametric methods), and relationships between two variables (correlation, simple linear regression).

Sustainability and Organizational Change is a course that enables participants to stimulate and realize change for sustainability within their organization. Combining academic research on sustainability, innovation and change management, participants learn about the latest trends affecting organizations, to recognize potential to contribute to change their organization toward sustainability, and how to overcome the challenges that can arise when implementing change.
