Training and Coaching with Constellations

We humans are mysterious creatures. There are certain things about ourselves that are hard to understand. Why do we want something for example? But don’t go after it. Why might we feel sad or heavy? When there is no reason in our lives to feel that way. Or why can’t we seem to hold on to a job or a relationship? Whereas we would really like to.

When logical thinking or a psychological approach don’t give us the answers, it might be insightful to look at your life with a systemic lens. Lots of our patterns and unexplained behaviours have their roots in our families of origins. And the generations before them.

In this summer school we will explore how your past is shaping your present through (family) constellations and other forms of systemic work. These are powerful methods that reveal invisible patterns in families, teams, and organizations.

Working in small groups, you will practise as both facilitator and participant. This experiential approach enables you to understand systemic work from the inside out, whether you plan to use it professionally or apply the insights in your personal and professional life.

Don’t expect long PowerPoint presentations! The learning is embodied, energetic, creative and can be emotionally intense. While constellations can be deeply healing, this is by no means a substitute for therapy. We expect participants to be able to regulate their own emotions when needed.
