Creative Humanities Academy

The Creative Humanities Academy connects professionals and practitioners in the cultural and creative sector with academic researchers and students. We foster collaboration and mutual exchange. Drawing on a broad professional, institutional, and interdisciplinary network, we develop expertise at the intersection of cultural theory and philosophy, cultural policy and curation, and diverse making practices. Think: lectures, workshops, courses, collaboration in specific projects, or advice for policy, strategy, or content development.

We specialize in cultural theory and philosophy, research on cultural policy and creative practices, and in interdisciplinary and creative methods. We work with cultural institutions and creative industries, as well as with individual makers, and we have access to a large network of academic scholars, their (inter)national partners, and students and alumni.

We offer postgraduate education, develop research, and offer consultancy. We also mediate between professionals, researchers, and students for collaboration, lectures, workshops, courses, and advice on projects. We can advise on specific topics, issues, and debates, always starting from the productive relationship between creative practices and the full breadth of the humanities.
