CLIL Coaching course

An inspiring and practical CLIL coaching course to sharpen your skills as a CLIL coach. For more experienced CLIL teachers, CLIL coaches and TTO coordinators.

Description

During the course, you work on developing your ability to take on a CLIL coaching role at school.

We focus on coaching skills, the role of the CLIL coach, dilemmas or questions for coaching, observing CLIL, developing CLIL skills in your team.

Programme:

During three training sessions and an online meeting you learn about and practice the key principles of effective coaching. We will use practical theory and guidelines. We will also use your own recorded materials. Beside the sessions, you will practice your skills in a coach meeting with a colleague at your school.

3 course days and 1 online meeting

There are no admission requirements. Before the course starts, Dr. Marjolein will contact you by email to get a better understanding of the participants’ different backgrounds, so the course can be tailored accordingly.
