In-company programme: Transformative Government

Our society is facing some major sustainability challenges. This calls for societal changes also known as sustainability transitions. Technological and social innovation are key ingredients in these transitions, as is the winding down of existing, unsustainable practices.

This programme on sustainability transitions, system innovation and transformative government is taught by top academics and has a strong theoretical framework that enables participants to understand transitions to the core. This gives them a better and broader toolkit to guide transition processes.

In addition to deepening knowledge, the aim of this programme is to create a knowledge network for the exchange of knowledge and experiences in order to be better able to manage major changes.

Personal learning objectives

Before the programme, we ask participants what transition issue they want to bring in and what they want to learn from the programme. This is done through intake interviews. During the interview, we discuss the case histories participants want to bring in.

To reinforce the learning process and the feeling of solidarity within the network, participants are assigned another participant as a buddy. This way, they can keep in touch during the learning process to exchange experiences and case studies.
