In-company programme: Sustainability and Organisational Change
Sustainability has become a strategic priority for many organisations. Issues range from commercialising environmentally friendly products, managing ESG reporting more proactively to actually integrating sustainability into business strategy. This makes the implementation of actual change and organisational transformation increasingly relevant. Yet it can be difficult to turn ambition to change into action. How can boardrooms and colleagues be convinced of sustainable change?
About Sustainability and Organisational Change
This course is requested by the Copernicus Institute for Sustainable Development. This is an interdisciplinary institute for natural and social sciences. This is reflected in this learning programme by offering a unique combination between the latest odner research on sustainability and translating it into the practical toolkit and change management practices needed. This learning course uses interactive learning methods, including:
- negotiation games and simulations
- discussions with experts
- case studies
Participants bring in their own experience and we are thus equipped with diagnostic tools to develop a change management approach that suits their organisation. In addition, participants will work on developing a change management plan to put into practice immediately.
